Não há necessidade de conhecimento prévio ou ser especialista em empreendedorismo para aplicar as oficinas do IFA. Ao fazer o treinamento online disponível no App do IFA, o instrutor já sai capacitado a ensinar, mesmo não sendo um professor.
Em relação aos comportamentos e também o interesse no empreendedorismo as famílias ficam mais incentivadas a empreender a partir da experiência das crianças e dos adolescentes.

AS OFICINAS SÃO ÓTIMAS. POREM, TIVEMOS DIFICULDADES PARA IR ATÉ O LOCAL. MINHA SUGESTÃO: ACONTECER A PRIMEIRA OFICINA DO IFA E DEPOIS MANTER AS OFICINAS NO CCA COM EDUCADORES DO IFA . OUTRA SUGESTÃO É QUE AS OFICINAS POSSAM ACONTECER PARA TODOS AS CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES DO SERVIÇO.

THE WORKSHOPS ARE GREAT. HOWEVER, WE HAD DIFFICULTIES TO GO TO THE SITE. MY SUGGESTION: HAVE THE FIRST IFA WORKSHOP AND THEN KEEP THE WORKSHOPS AT CCA WITH IFA EDUCATORS. ANOTHER SUGGESTION IS THAT WORKSHOPS CAN HAPPEN TO ALL CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS IN THE SERVICE.
