Não há necessidade de conhecimento prévio ou ser especialista em empreendedorismo para aplicar as oficinas do IFA. Ao fazer o treinamento online disponível no App do IFA, o instrutor já sai capacitado a ensinar, mesmo não sendo um professor.
Em relação aos comportamentos e também o interesse no empreendedorismo as famílias ficam mais incentivadas a empreender a partir da experiência das crianças e dos adolescentes.

The methodology used provided a new way to mediate and clarify students’ doubts, provide the freedom to dream and plan the realization of their dreams. The students’ expectations and the feeling of belonging to the whole and that they also have the right to pursue their dreams was very important.
